Mark Scott Salter, 51, of Round Rock, Texas, passed away on April 12, 2013. A ""Celebration of Life"" Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 20, 2013, at the Celebration Church in Georgetown, Texas; with a gathering to follow at South Fork Ranch at Mustang Creek, 900 CR 160 Hutto, Texas, 76574. In lieu of flowers, family is asking for donations to be made to the Mark Salter Fund at the Wells Fargo Bank in Round Rock.

Mark is preceded in death by his mother, Annie Louise Salter and brother, Woody Salter.

Mark is survived by father, Calvin Salter, of Livingston, Texas; wife, Diana Tuyet-Linh Salter, of Round Rock, Texas; brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Shannon Salter, of Round Rock, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Sue and Bill Morrow, of Austin, Texas; Christine and Keith Phillips, niece and husband; Kelly and Dennis Goodson, niece and husband; Naomi Operhall, neice; and nephews: Scott Wolffe, Felix Bonewell, Elijah Operhall, Chandler Phillips, Dawson Phillips, Justin Upshaw, Cody Upshaw; and numerous other family and friends.
