Funeral services for Marlin "Joel" Williams, 55, of Livingston, Texas will be held Friday, January 3, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Kevin Hendrix and Bro. John Alworth officiating. Interment will follow at the Alabama-Coushatta Indian Reservation Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held the day of service, from 10:00-11:00 a.m., at the funeral home.

Joel was born October 28, 1969 in Woodville, Texas and passed away December 30, 2024 in Conroe, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Milton Redd Williams and Pauline Mildred (Bullock) Williams; and brother, Aaron W. Williams.

He is survived by his sister, Sonia Flores and husband George, Sr. of Livingston, Texas; brother, Timothy Kyle Williams of Livingston, Texas; nieces, Faith Flores, Elaina Bullock, and Kelsi Williams; nephews, George Flores, Jr., Jeremykk Battise, and Tash Williams; great nieces, Sanala Bullock, Esaleah Hernandez, and Avana Rose Poncho; and great nephew, Kane Maxwell; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers: Jeremykk Battise, George Flores, Jr., Carlos Alec, Tash Williams, Branson Whitethunder, and Richard Thompson.

Honorary Pallbearers: Garreth Abbey, Carla Williams, and John Alexander.
