Obituary
Funeral services for Martha Ann Armitage, 56, of Seven Oaks, Texas, will be held Thursday, July 9, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas. Interment will follow in the Carlisle Cemetery in Onalaska, Texas. Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 8, 2015 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.
Ms. Armitage was born March 13, 1959 in Cleveland, Texas to parents, John Coleman Armitage and Mildred Louise (Jordan) Sheffield, and passed away July 5, 2015 in Palestine, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Melvin Coleman Armitage; and sister, Gean Findley.
She is survived by her brothers, Henry Armitage and Jeannie of Shepherd, Texas, Johnny Hodge and Lois of Seven Oaks, Texas, George Hodge and Maxine of Palestine, Texas; sister, Merle VaNatter of West Virginia; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
