Martha Helen Cockrell, "Marty", was born January 14, 1944 in Houston, Texas and passed away peacefully on July 15, 2024 in Onalaska, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Chase Pratt and Ruby Helen Tapp.

Marty is survived by her son, Christopher Cook; daughter, Lara Redmon; son, Travis Cockrell; daughter Amanda Beasley;  grandchildren, Lauren Redmon, Tyler Cockrell, Ethan Cockrell, Ryan Cockrell, Jacob Cockrell, Alanna Cook, Milo Cook, and Paxton Cook; and great grandchildren, Nova Mortensen and Bryson Mortensen; as well as other relatives and friends.
