Mrs. Kinsey was born on December 15, 1956 in Honey Island, Texas, to parents, Grady Shane and Katherine (Van Austin) Shane, and passed away December 21, 2018 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Grady Shane Jr. and Tommy Shane; and sister, Kathy Shane.

She is survived by her husband, Richard Kinsey of Shepherd, Texas; daughter, Stefani Kinsey of Shepherd, Texas; son, Terry Kinsey and wife, Ann of Camilla, Texas; and grandson, Dominick Melison of Shepherd, Texas; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
