Funeral services for Marvin Avin Criswell, 61, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Saturday, November 28, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Rev. James Wyatt and Rev. Wilbert Luckey officiating. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. Saturday morning just prior to the service time.  Interment will be Monday, November 30, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at the Houston National Cemetery.

Mr. Criswell was born June 6, 1959 in Livingston, Texas to parents, Albert Criswell and Pearly B. (Wyatt) Criswell, and passed away November 16, 2020 in Tomball, Texas. During his life, Mr. Criswell proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He is preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Andrew Criswell.

He is survived by his wife, Shelia Walker of Livingston; daughters, Gayla Criswell, Paulleisha Chavis, and Shanette Walker all of Houston; brothers, James Criswell, Joseph Criswell, and Fred McCormick all of Livingston; sisters, Georgia Ann Criswell of Livingston, and Ima Henry of Houston; and God-mother, Minnie Ola Branch of Houston; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
