Memorial services for Marvin McCoy Nix, 84, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Forest Reynolds officiating.
Mr. Nix was born October 20, 1932 in Alvin, Texas to parents, Ernest Austin Nix and Aggie (Poag) Nix, and passed away September 5, 2017 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Marie Sadler Nix of Livingston, Texas; son, Greg Nix and Jenny of Magnolia, Texas; son, Geremiah Benge and Kayla of Livingston, Texas; daughter, Sue Phillips and Dale of Spring, Texas; daughter, Katarina Galvin of Livingston, Texas; along with numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
