Obituary
Funeral services for Marvin Floyd Thompson, 92, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Friday, March 18, 2016 at 2:15 p.m. in the Houston National Cemetery in Houston, Texas.
Mr. Thompson was born November 18, 1923 in Ranger, Texas, to parents, Ernest P. Thompson and Mary (Wellis) Thompson, and passed away February 15, 2016 in Livingston, Texas. During his life, Mr. Thompson proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He served in WWII as well as the Korean War. He is a recipient of the Purple Heart. He is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his good friends, Lonnie White of Livingston, Texas and Bryan Ramsey of Livingston, Texas.
