Mrs. Mary Evelyn Cecil, 88, of Livingston, Texas was born October 29, 1929 in Buckley, Illinois to parents, John Michael Froman and Amanda Edith (Judd) Froman, and passed away January 16, 2018 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; daughters, Debbie Cecil and Cindy Satterwhite; sons, Ray Cecil and Wayne Cecil; and 1 grandson.
She is survived by her daughter, Vicki Jurgens and Gary of Livingston, Texas; and 6 grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
