Funeral services for Mary Laverne Dillon, 81, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Monday, January 3, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in the Camp Ruby Church in Livingston, Texas with Tom Dobbs officiating. Interment will follow in the Camp Ruby Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until the service begins at 2:00 p.m. at the church.

Mrs. Dillon was born December 27, 1940, in Livingston, Texas, to parents, Troy Newton Dobbs and Floy Irvie (Parrish) Dobbs, and passed away December 29, 2021 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Troy Dobbs.

She is survived by her husband, A.D. Dillon of Livingston, Texas; son, Hilbert "Buckshot" Dillon and Tracy and Livingston, Texas; daughter, Renee Helegra and Paul of Kountze, Texas; daughters, Robin Sunday and Rhonda Tatum both of Livingston, Texas; brother, Tommy Dobbs and Kathy of Livingston, Texas; sister, Mildred Clifton and Tommy of Livingston, Texas; sister-in-law, Barbara Dobbs of Oklahoma; nieces, Kelley, Sherry, and Jennifer; nephews, David, Tom, and Steven; grandchildren, Michael, Michelle, Carrie, and Justin; and 13 great grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
