Services for Mary Frances Ledo, 81 of Livingston, Texas, will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at Cochran Funeral Home in Onalaska, Texas. Interment will follow at Magnolia Cemetery in Onalaska, Texas. Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 7:00, Monday, January 6, 2014 at Cochran Funeral Home in Onalaska, Texas.
Mrs. Ledo was born on November 11, 1932 in Onalaska, Texas and passed away on January 2, 2014 in Livingston, Texas. She worked as a nurse for the majority of her life. She is preceded in death by her parents, Otis Elijah and Mattie (Tate) Black; husband, Paul Taylor; husband, Larry Ledo; brothers, Hugh Black and Doyle Black; sisters, Billie Gladden, Juanita (Tince) Black, and Rachel House; and very special friend, E.L. "Tom" Willis. She is survived by her children, Paulette Lee of Bedford, Texas, Michael Taylor and wife Amelia of San Leon, Texas, Janis Oxford and husband Bill of Abilene, Texas, Cheryl Coles-Spencer and husband Steve of North Richland Hills, Texas; grandchildren, Amber Welborne and Matt, Aimee Davis and Eddy, Jared Johnson and Carrie, Joey Taylor, Eryn Taylor, Justin Anderson and Jill, Jason Anderson, Joshua Anderson and Jill, Jordan Anderson and Amber, JaNae Anderson, JaNel Anderson, Brandi Coles, Brittney Coles, Jeffrey Hill, Audra Hill; great-grandchildren, Morgan, Mason, Julianna, Jaden, Colby, Mackinsey, Chad, Evan, Kameron, Hailey, Ryder, Trinity, Avaya, Bentley, Lucas, and grammy's special friend, Emilee; son-in-law, Lanny J. Anderson; brother, Putt Black of Onalaska, Texas; brother-in-law, Roy House; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She will be escorted to her grave by pallbearers, Jared Johnson, Justin Anderson, Jason Anderson, Josh Anderson, Jeffrey Hill, and Joey Taylor. Her grandchildren will be honorary pallbearers.
