A memorial service for Mary Lois Miller, 77, of Onalaska, Texas will be held Friday, October 18, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Onalaska, Texas. Visitation will be held the day of service, from 1:00-2:00 p.m., at the funeral home.

Mary was born to Horace Scruggs and Velma Addie (Gibson) Jones September 4, 1947 in Palacios, Texas and passed away October 11, 2024 in Onalaska, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ralph Miller; and son, Wendell Nunley.

She is survived by her sons, Ronald Nunley and Shawn Allday and wife Wendy, all of Onalaska, Texas; grandchildren, Ronald Nunley II, Jonathan Sims, Blake Allday and girlfriend Jessica, Blair Allday and fiancé Jacob, Reba Williams and fiancé Justin, and Ryan Allday; great grandchildren, Liam Jasso, Carter Holcombe, Nevaeh Allday, Seth Nunley, Rozlyn Nunlet, Damien Nunley, Natie Nunley, Faith Nunley, Vortex Nunley, Graffyx Nunley, and Xavier Nunley; sisters, Joyce Dabbs of Canyon Lake, Texas; brother, Rusty Jones of New York; half siblings, Darlene and husband Terry, Randy Scruggs, Glen Scruggs, and Todd Scruggs; stepmother, Viola Scruggs; and stepsisters, Annette, Gwen, and Yolanda; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
