Mary Alice Sims 46, of Cut N Shoot passed away September 1, 2008 in Conroe. Funeral services will be held Saturday September 6, 2008 at 10:00AM in the Cochran Funeral Home chapel with Theresa Sechelski officiating. Burial will follow in the Center Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday September 5, 2008 from 5:00PM until 10:00PM also at Cochran Funeral Home.

Mary was born November 22, 1961 in Sugarland to parents Melvin Lynn and Bobbie Harris Sims. She graduated from Magnolia High School. She is preceded in death by her mother, Bobbie Jeanette Harris Puckett, brothers Melvin Lynn Sims Jr., George Leonard Sims, and grandparents Leonard and Hilda Harris.

She is survived by her father Leonard L. Puckett Jr. of Waller, brother James L. Sims and wife Bianna of Willis, sister and brother in law Frances ""Cricket"" Rider and husband Mark of Waller, brother and sister in law Leonard R. Puckett Sr. and wife Kristie of Dobbin, sister and brother in law Theresa Sechelski and husband Joe of Navasota, and brother John D. Sims Sr. of Daisetta. She is also survived by her 22 nieces and nephews and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Serving as pallbearers will be Robert A. Rider, James Allen Sims, Mark S. Pumphrey, Leonard Ray Puckett Jr., Chad Puckett, Joe Sechelski, and John D. Sims Jr.
