Services for McClamroch "Mickey" Battise, 81, will be held at 3:00 p.m., Monday, May 8, 2023 at Indian Village Assembly Of God in Livingston, Texas with Pastor Keith Tucker officiating. Interment will follow at the Alabama-Coushatta Reservation. Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00 p.m., Sunday, May 7th at the church, following a 3:00 procession from Cochran Funeral Home.

Mickey was born July 26, 1941 in Livingston, Texas, and passed away May 5, 2023 in The Woodlands, Texas. He is preceded by his parents, Andrew Battise and Eliza Williams; wife, Marilyn Battise; son, Rodger Battise; sisters, Barbara Stafford and Elizabeth Bear; and brothers, Rodger Battise, Howard Battise, and Andrew Battise, JR.

He is survived by his daughter, Misty Battise; sister, Thelma Flores; granddaughter, Silwonnie Battise and husband Craig; grandson, Christopher Battise; granddaughter, Rhea Philpott and husband Mark; grandson Michael Tenbears; great grandson, Adam Becenti; great granddaughters, Maya S. Battise, Makenna Williams, and Iliana Battise; great grandson, Jonah Philpott; great granddaughter, Kari Philpott; great grandson, Mark Philpott, III; great granddaughters, Tensley Philpott and Crailee Battise; great grandsons, BJ Battis and Charlie Battise; great granddaughter, Angel Davis; brother-in-law, Wayne Battise; nephew, Howard Battise; and niece, Angel Battise; along with many other loved ones and friends.
