Michael Charles LaMoon "Mike" age 67 was born in Baltimore, Maryland on September 21st, 1954 and went to his heavenly home on June 12th, 2022 in Moss Hill, Texas. Mike attended Livingston High School and graduated in 1972.

He is preceded in death by his father; Charles LaMoon; adopted father, Melvin Joice; and son-in-law, Chris Hinson.

He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Emily Specht; adopted mother, Joanne Eggleston; sister, Jamie Gossett; and brother, Jason Joice; sons, Heath LaMoon, Lance LaMoon and wife Michelle, Chad LaMoon, Greg Anderson; and daughter, Kristi Hinson; grandchildren, Wade, Caden, Mason, Cheyenne and Micah LaMoon, Jacob, Tyson and Dawson Hinson, Haley and Sydney Findley, and Ryan Torres; his mother, Theresa Fratta; and sisters, Michelle and Denise of Baltimore, Maryland; along with numerous friends and family.

Mike was known for his quick wit and his love of cooking, especially "Mr.Crawfish". He was also known for his extraordinary talent in Sheetrock, painting and woodwork. He loved his family and fought an incredible battle for 8 years with strength, will and faith until his Lord and Saviour called him home.

Mikes wishes were no tears and no formal service. He asked that his family gather to reminisce, laugh, eat and enjoy each other. We will respect those wishes and remember his life and love.
