Memorial services for Michael Ray Solomon, 73, of Onalaska, Texas, will be held Friday, November 4, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Onalaska, Texas with Bro. Ty Phillips officiating. Military Honors will be provided by VFW Post #8568.
Mr. Solomon was born March 2, 1943 in San Antonio, Texas to parents, Ralph W. Solomon and Betty M. (Sanders) Solomon, and passed away November 1, 2016 in Onalaska, Texas. During his life, he proudly served his country in the United States Army. He is preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Brendell Solomon.
He is survived by his daughter, Susan Solomon of Sandpoint, Idaho; daughters and sons-in-law, Krystal and Scott Bryce of Baytown, Texas, and Bess and Robert Hadley of Bandera, Texas; sons, Steve Poorman of Clear Lake, Texas and Bobby Poorman of Kerrville, Texas; brother, Robert Solomon of Austin, Texas; grandsons, Maxxton Solomon of Sandpoint, Idaho, and Hayden Solomon of Baytown, Texas; granddaughter, Sage Hadley of Bandera, Texas; grandson, Lane Hadley of Bandera, Texas; step-daughter, Darlene Dean and husband, Bobby of Livingston, Texas; step-sons, Eddie Pahl and wife, Tina of Cleburne, Texas, and Bill Pahl and wife, Lisa of Onalaska, Texas; and sister-in-law, Kyra Sinclair of Livingston, Texas; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
