Funeral services for Michael Troy Walters, 51, of Romayor, Texas, will be held Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Votaw Worship Center located at 3160 FM 2798, Votaw, Texas 77376, with Pastor Jason Berry officiating. Interment will follow in the Farley Chapel Cemetery in Shepherd, Texas. Visitation will be held Saturday, September 16, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. until service time, in the Votaw Worship Center in Votaw, Texas.

Mr. Walters was born December 27, 1965 in Tomball, Texas to parents, R.V. Walters and Barbara (Toomer) Walters, and passed away September 11, 2017 in Cleveland, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents, and brothers, Ronnie Walters and Donnie Walters.

He is survived by his wife, Tommie Walters of Romayor, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and Dennis Kerekes of Hodgdon, Maine; daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie and Clint Quinn of Angleton, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Nathan and Kelsey Wallace of Dallas, Texas; daughter, Theresa Strong of Santa Monica, California; son, Aaron Walters of Cleveland, Texas; daughter, Amber Walters of Cleveland, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Gwen and Joe Street of Coldspring, Texas; brother, Bobby Walters of Cleveland, Texas; grandchildren, Kayla Sam, Victoria Morris, Olivia Morris, Alexander Morris, Hayden Quinn, Trevor Quinn, Trey Quinn, Isaac Curtis, and Emma Wallace; great grandchildren, Cheyenne Sam, Savannah Sam, Levi Sam, and Jaime Sam; and numerous other relatives and friends.
