Mrs. Mildred Faye Price, 88, of Livingston, Texas, was born April 26, 1932 in Tyler, Texas to parents, John Thomas Bane and Fannie Elisabeth (Swinney) Bane, and passed away April 9, 2021 in Lufkin, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clarence Wilmer "Bill" Price; son, Clarence Wilmer "Butch" Price, Jr.; and all of her beloved brothers and sisters, all from the East Texas area.

She is survived by her daughter, Gwendolyn Price and husband, Charlie Gilmore of Livingston, Texas; daughter, Deborah McKinney of Livingston, Texas; sister-in-law, Ouida Willis of Spring, Texas; 5 granddaughters, Cheyenne Olexy and husband, Michael, Kimberly Butler, Jalynn Holleron and husband, Dane, Cindy Hill and husband, Robb, and Amie Barton; 10 great-grandchildren, Tyler, Luke, Alex, Jacob, Kaylee, Foster, Jonah, Wally, Emma, and Katee; 2 great-great-granddaughters, Phoenix and Hazel; several nieces and nephews, and many more friends and loved ones.
