Monra is survived by her mother, Susan Steelhammer of Onalaska, Texas; sons, Joseph Frank Harrop of Riverside, Texas, Dallas Earl Harrop of Austin, Texas, and Walker Ronald Harrop of Carthage, Texas; grandson, Jackson Steelhammer Harrop; brothers, William Earl Steelhammer of Houston, Texas and James Steelhammer of Onalaska, Texas; sister, Catherine Steelhammer of Carthage, Texas; along with numerous cousins, other relatives, and friends.
