Funeral services for Nancy Gray Desbiens, 66, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Tarsisius Puling, S.V.D. officiating. Interment will follow in the Forest Hill Cemetery in Livingston, Texas.

Nancy was born November 28, 1954, in Hartley County Texas, to parents, Francis Edward Ondracek and Mary Josephine (French) Ondracek and passed away October 27, 2021 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; 1st husband, Louis Gray; and grandson, Nathan Soenksen.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Paul Desbiens; daughter, Kathrin Sprouse; son and daughter-in-law, J.R. Gray and Tammy Fugler; daughter, Melissa Desbiens; grandsons Vinson Gray and wife, Breanna Edwards, and Christopher Soenksen; granddaughters, Kaitlynn Soenksen and Lindsey Fields; grandson, Sam Duoto; brother, Philip Ondracek; sister, Jo Ann Gray-Soria; brother-in-law, Jimmy Desbiens; nephew, Jimmy Desbiens, Jr; along with numerous other relatives and friends.

Nancy Desbiens will be escorted to her grave by pallbearers Garee Brown, Dennis Wall, Chris Mudd, Louis Ferguson, Chris Ashmore and Joe Dennis.
