A celebration of life ceremony for Nancy Allora Smith Overstreet, 75, of Dallardsville, Texas, will be held Saturday, December 14, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. in the Bethel Baptist Church located at 334 FM 1943 West in Warren, Texas with Rev. Larry Staggs and Rev. Jim Miller officiating. Interment will follow in the Big Sandy Cemetery in Dallardsville, Texas. Visitation will be held from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Friday, December 13, 2019 in the Bethel Baptist Church.
Nancy, affectionately known as "Honey" to her grandsons, was born April 2, 1944, to her parents, Lonnie Owen and Allora Travis Smith, in New Orleans, Louisiana. She went home to be with her Lord on Sunday, December 8, 2019, in Humble, Texas, at the age of 75. She was married to Wilburn Gene Overstreet, her husband of 53 years. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Elizabeth Smith; and daughter, Rebecca Lea Overstreet.
She is survived by her husband, Wilburn of Dallardsville, Texas; daughter, Amy Miller and husband, Jim of Kingwood, Texas; grandsons, Noah, Asher, and Micah Miller; adopted son, Fidan Kllokoqi of New York City, New York; sister, Faith Guerrero and husband, Gilbert of Richmond, Texas; sister, Trudy Smith of Wylie, Texas; brother, Lonnie Wade Smith of Winnie, Texas; brother-in-law, James Overstreet and wife, Ann of Hillister, Texas; sister-in-law, Marion Overstreet LeBlanc of Austin, Texas; uncle, Ronald Travis and wife, Nikki; uncle, Vernon Travis and wife, Dot; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends from around the states and the world.
