Neda Fay Cain, age 70 of Segno, Texas was born on January 23, 1942, in Lambert, Arkansas to Daniel Ray Thacker and Marie (Adcock) Thacker. On December 7, 1964, she married Frederick ""Peter Nubbin"" Cain in Segno, Texas. She loved watching soap operas and playing with her grandchildren. September 22, 2012, Neda passed away in Lufkin, Texas.
She is survived by her mother, Marie Thacker, of Paris, Arkansas; husband, ""Nubbin"" Cain, of Segno; two sons, Wesley Cain and wife, Amy and Londie Cain, both, of Segno; brother, Wayne Thacker, of Paris, Arkansas; sister, Shirley Smith, of Paris, Arkansas; three grandchildren, Casey Cain, Lora Cain and John ""Bubba"" Cain. Numerous other relatives and friends also survive.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM-10:00 PM on Tuesday, September 25, 2012 in Livingston at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, September 26, 2012, at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston. Rev. Mitchell Murphy will conduct the service. Following the service, interment will be held at Magnolia Hill Cemetery in Segno.
