He worked for many years and retired from International Paper Company and worked part-time at the Alabama-Coushatta Senior Citizens and enjoyed his job.
For many years Needham served as the bass guitarist, song leader, Superintendent, Sunday School Teacher and Deacon of his church. But what he loved the most was serving the Lord, his Savor. He was very devoted to his church, encouraged, witnessed and prayed for people. He would visit other churches and places to sing and play his bass guitar when it came to the Lord. He always put Him first in his life and never turned down the Lord' work and was never ashamed of it. Needham loved and honored Him and was always thankful for the life he lived. A job well done he did for his Lord and Savior.
