Funeral services for Nell Lowe, 84, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. James Frazier and Bro. Steve Woody officiating. Interment will follow in the Peebles Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held Friday, March 9, 2018, from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Mrs. Lowe was born August 28, 1933 in Harlingen, Texas to parents, Veichel Stutte and Mary (Deeter) Stutte and passed away March 7, 2018 in Livingston, Texas. She graduated from Goodrich High School. She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Wynona Walters; brothers-in-law, Red Lowe and O.A. Lowe, Jr.; sister-in-law, Polly Jenkins and husband, Jim Jenkins; father-in-law, O.A. Lowe Sr.; and mother-in-law, Kate Lowe.

She is survived by her husband, Emory L. Lowe of Livingston, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Ronnie and Virginia Lowe of Del Rio, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Billy Placker of Livingston, Texas; granddaughter and husband, Katie and Josh Munson of Livingston, Texas; great grandson, Sawyer Munson of Livingston, Texas; brother and sister-in-law, Virgil and Peggy Stutte of Livingston, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Susie and Lenny McCloskey of Houston, Texas; sister, WyNetta Davis of Houston, Texas; sister-in-law, Dorothy Lowe of Livingston, Texas; and numerous other relatives and friends.
