Funeral services for Nellie Marie Wade Clamon, age 91 of Livingston, TX will be held at 10:00, Friday, April 20, 2012, at Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston. Services will be conducted by Bro. Kevan Wood, Bro. Bryan Dickens and Bro. Orval Barger. Interment will follow the chapel service at Peebles Cemetery in Livingston. Pallbearers are Forest Clamon, Clayton Bates, Dustin Doucett, Richard ""Putter"" Clamon, Gaylon Rushing, Darryl Day, Jeremy Clamon and Wade Clamon. Honorary Pallbearers are Michael Clamon, Marlion ""Ting"" Clamon, Travis Doucett, Ian Rushing, Evan Rushing, Matt Boddie and the Ladies Bible Sunday School Class.

Mrs. Clamon was born to parents, James Avery Wade and Dovie Walters Wade on October 8, 1920 in Goodrich, TX. She passed away on April 18, 2012 in Livingston. Mrs. Clamon was a charter member of First Baptist Church and of the Ladies Bible Sunday School Class, where she has been a member since March 29, 1959, member of the Polk County Extension Club, Home Demonstration Club, Old Friends New Friends and several more clubs and organizations. Mrs. Clamon was known to her many family members and friends as ""Granny"" or ""Aunt Nellie"". Her years of kindness and caring for so many others extended her family beyond any limits. Mrs. Clamon welcomed all with warmth and compassion into her life, just as if they were her family.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Clifton ""Babe"" Clamon; son, Marion Clifton Clamon; parents, James Avery and Dovie Walters Wade; brothers, Douglas Wiggins Wade, James Cecil Wade, Wilson Wade, Otha Wade; sisters, Vallie Wade Smith and Ola Love Wade. Mrs. Clamon is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Marlion ""MC"" and Patsy Clamon and Larry and Joyce Clamon; grandchildren, Brenda Clamon Doucett and friend, Toby Hicks, Michael and Lisa Clamon, Marlion ""Ting"" and Laura Clamon, Jeremy Clamon, Wade Clamon, Gaylon and Gretchen Rushing and Darryl and Tracey Day; great grandchildren, Clayton Bates and fianc??, Britni Worthy, Dustin Doucett, Travis Doucett, Michael ""Forest"" Clamon, Kristin and Matt Boddie, Richard ""Putter"" Clamon, Macy Clamon, Ian Rushing, Evan Rushing, Delaney Day and Stormie Lovett; great great grandchildren, Kinsley Clamon and Kylie Boddie; brothers, Benny Wade and Justice Wayne Wade; sister and brother-in-law, Estell and Henry Boggs; sisters-in-law, Arlene Wade, Margaret Wade and Claudine Langford; and numerous other family members, special friends and her First Baptist Church family.

Visitation will be held beginning at 5:00 PM on Thursday, April 19, 2012 at Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston.
