Services for Nelma "Nell" Heuer, 78, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Friday, February 24, 2023 at 2:00 p.m., at Feagin Cemetery in Hortense Community, Texas and will be officiated by Bro. Charles Wise. Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m., Thursday, February 23rd in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas.

Nell was born September 19, 1944 in Camden, Texas to parents William Riley Lowe and Della (Toney) Lowe and passed away February 16, 2023 in Livingston, Texas.  She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Heuer; granddaughters, Krystal Tighe and Amber Fuller; sister, May Stutts; and brothers, Bo Lowe, Thurman Lowe and Tom Lowe.

Nell grew up in Camden and was the youngest daughter of Bill and Della.  She owned Nell's Burgers for approximately 30 years and was considered "the best cook in the world".  Nell loved her children and grandchildren, family get togethers, chasing the grandkids, dancing and traveling. Christmas was one of her favorite times of the year as she loved to decorate and spend time with the family.

She is survived by he daughter, Tammy Griffin and husband Mark; sons, John Fuller, Thomas Fuller, Charles Ray Fuller and wife Toni, and Danny Fuller and wife Cindy; daughter, Candy Hall and husband Waylan; grandchildren, Meagan Williams, Olivia Griffin, Shawna Griffin, Alisha Griffin, Justin Bunker, Kelsie Fuller, Amanda Bentel, Danielle Fuller, James Grimes, and Robert Grimes; 11 great grandchildren; and brother, Arthur Ray Lowe; as well as numerous other loved ones and friends.
