Neva Kay Dugan, 70, of Livingston, Texas was born August 7, 1954 in Houston, Texas and passed away October 20, 2024 in Livingston, Texas. She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Mahaffey.

Neva is survived by her spouse, Glen Glassford of Leggett, Texas; son, Samuel Dugan and wife Katie of New Caney, Texas; granddaughter, Lilith Dugan; and mother, Chlonita (Simons) Mahaffey of Leggett, Texas; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
