Noel June Kennedy, 85, was born August 1, 1937, in Livingston, Texas his parents, Joseph Meekins Kennedy and Gertie (Taylor) Kennedy and passed away January 13, 2023 in The Woodlands, Texas. He is preceded by his first wife, Wanda Kennedy; sons, Howard Kennedy and Jeffrey Elzner; daughter-in-law, Anne Elzner; parents; and his brothers and sisters.

He is survived by his wife, Milli Kennedy of The Woodlands, Texas; daughter, Rochelle Lynn Revel and husband Stephen of Dallas, Texas; stepson, John David Elzner and wife Sabrina of Spring, Texas; and stepdaughter, Jode Jean Bennet and husband Ronnie of Tomball, Texas; grandchildren, Michael Rawls, Kristina Elzner, Alexandra Elzner, Erin Gillott, Jennifer Dickey, Meagan  Elzner, Jessica Babalola, Stephen Adam Revel, Alisha Revel, and Aaron Reve; as well as numerous other loved ones and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, February 2, 2023 at Crossroads Baptist Church in The Woodlands, Texas. Visitation will be held at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, February 2nd, prior to service.
