Mr. Norbert Eugene Herman, 86, of Livingston, Texas was born on July 25, 1930 in Rochester, New York to parents, Harry Herman and Edith (Farrell) Herman, and passed away August 8, 2016 in Livingston, Texas. During his life, he proudly served his country in the United States Army. He is preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Jean Henophy.
He is survived by his wife Barbarann Herman of Livingston, Texas; son, Paul Herman and Amy Jackson of The Woodlands, Texas; daughter, Kimberly Winters and Salvtore of San Antonio, Texas; son, Peter Herman and Dawn of Pasadena, Texas; brother, Everett Herman of Webster, New York; grandsons, Brandon Buckley and Jacob Buckley both of San Antonio, Texas, and Joshua Herman and Elizabeth of Troy, New York; great-grandsons, Isaac Herman and Leonardo Herman both of Troy, New York; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
