Funeral services for Norma Jean Ramsey, 79, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Saturday, May 22, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Mitchel Murphy officiating. Interment will follow in the Camp Ruby Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held Friday, May 21, 2021, from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m., in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Mrs. Ramsey was born December 29, 1941 in Laurel, Mississippi, to parents, Percy Leon Johnson and Mary Jane (Harris) Johnson, and passed away May 13, 2021 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bryan Alvin Ramsey Jr.; parents, Percy and Mary Johnson; and brothers, Fred Johnson, Bill Johnson, and Charles Johnson.

She is survived by her children, Michelle Walters of Livingston, Texas, Mary Andrews and husband Jerry of Silsbee, Texas, Brenda Burks and husband Jay of Livingston Texas, Kim Fontenot of Silsbee, Texas, Bryan Ramsey of Burnet, Texas, Nacole Reeks and husband Chad of Livingston, Texas, and Brittany Pierce and husband Chris of Livingston, Texas; grandchildren, Brandy Kolthoff, Patrick Kolthoff, William Kolthoff, Allen Andrews, Sarah Andrews, Brian Burks, J.J. Burks, Allen Eaton, Brittny Walters, Brandon Burks, Brady Burks, Nicholas Burks, Keira Burks, Wesley Moore, Josh Fontenot, John Claude Fontenot, Luke Reeks, Sam Reeks, Ollie Pierce, and Benji Pierce; 21 great-grandchildren; special friend, Audra Mae Murphy; and siblings, Wilma Scott, Pat Ainsworth, Louise Stone, and Ellis Johnson; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
