Funeral services for Norma Lea Smith, 87, of Houston, Texas will be held Monday, May 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at the Oak Forest Baptist Church in Houston, Texas. Visitation will be held on the day of service, from 9:00-10:00 a.m., at the church.

Norma was born March 12, 1939, in DeRidder, Louisiana and passed away May 4, 2026, in Livingston, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Neal Bailey and Addie Gillstrap Bailey; husband, Robert Smith; 3 grandchildren; 1 sister; and 2 brothers.

She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Carol Benoit and Steven, and Connie Gilloth and husband Jerry; son and daughter-in-law, Robert Charles Smith and Amanda; 7 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; and sisters, Kathleen Bradley and Nadin Stewart; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
