Oma Irene Macaulay, 96, of Livingston, Texas was born July 23, 1926, in Cape Girardeau, Missouri and passed away October 6, 2022 in San Antonio, Texas.  She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Angus John Macaulay; parents, Don Carlos Welsh and Fannie Lee (Hager) Welsh; great granddaughter, Reese Taylor Macaulay; and her 3 sisters, Geraldine, Maxine and Mike.

Mrs. Macaulay is survived by her sons, Donald Joseph Macaulay and wife Shonna of San Antonio, Texas, and Johnny Wayne Macaulay of Deer Park, Texas; her special cousin who was like a sister to her, Tommie Jo Smith; granddaughter, Stephanie Valdes and husband Darryl of Tomball, Texas; grandsons, Terry Macaulay and wife Anitra of Seabrook, Texas, and Robert Macaulay and wife Jenna of Cypress, Texas; as well as her 5 great grandchildren, Caroline Valdes, Wyatt Valdes, Madison Macaulay, Olivia Macaulay, and Archer Macaulay.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 12, 2022, at the St. Luke's Episcopal Church.
