Oscar Odell Kilburn, 84, of Livingston, Texas was born October, 21, 1938 in Colbert County, Alabama and passed away August 9, 2023 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents, Oscar Greenberry Kilburn and Alfie (Skaggs) Kilburn; and the mother of his children, Norma Dean Kilburn.

Oscar, a U.S. Navy Seebee Veteran, is survived by his spouse, Carol Melton of Livingston, Texas; sons, Joel Kilburn and wife Virginia of Shepherd, Texas and William Kilburn and wife Holli of Texas City, Texas; daughters, Cynthia Young of Texas City, Texas and Carol Olizarez of Santa Fe, Texas; brother, Donald Kilburn of Georgetown, Florida; and sister, Betty Gladback of Mecum, Missouri; as well numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
