Graveside services for Patricia Ann Corron, 92, will be held Thursday, August 24, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Houston National Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Onalaska, Texas.

Patricia was born October 21, 1930 in Eakly, Oklahoma and passed away August 16, 2023 in Onalaska, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Otto Bickford and Velma Laura (Prather) Bickford; husband, Lloyd Edward Corron; sister, Rose Ellen Swanda and brother-in-law Edward; brother, Troy Bickford and sister-in-law Shirley; and sister-in-law, Carolyn Bickford.

Patricia graduated from Carnegie High School in 1949 in Carnegie, Oklahoma, after which she married Lloyd Edward Corron December 18, 1949. They were married for 57 1/2 years. She loved her family dearly and loved having family gatherings and cooking delicious food. Patricia was very crafty and loved crocheting, quilting, counted cross-stich and making lap quilts for veterans.

She is survived by her brother, Charles Bickford; daughter, Cynthia Wells and husband Mike; son, Mike Corron and wife Cindy; daughter, Donna Wotipka and husband Johnny; 8 grandchildren; 1 step granddaughter; 11 great grandchildren; 4 step great grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren; 1 step great-great grandchild; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

A big "Thank you" goes out to Jackie Jordan, Nancy Benningfield, Kathy Vickers, Brooke Bublis, Jazmyn Jernigan, Amanda Reynolds, Rick Clark and Tiffany Washington for all your support, compassion, and care for our mother and our family.
