Funeral services for Patricia Anne Milner, 84, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home chapel in Livingston, Texas. Interment will follow in the Bluff Creek Cemetery.

Mrs. Milner was born August 8, 1936 in Detroit, Michigan, to parents, Earl Rogers and Blanche Mabel Rogers, and passed away January 12, 2021 in Kingwood, Texas.  She is preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband, Charles "Chuck" Milner of Livingston, Texas; son, Keith Alan Milner and wife, Mehrazar Bahadori of Kirkland, Washington; son, Glenn Douglas Milner and wife, Cynthia of Houston, Texas; and brother, James Rogers and wife, Mary of Naples, Florida; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
