Obituary
Memorial Services for, Patty Ann Plumer-Cooke, age 71, of Onalaska, TX, will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, February 18, 2012, at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, TX with Elmer Eddings officiating the services.
She was born on March 8, 1940 in Kentucky to Vernan Carter and Lydia (Berry) Carter and passed away on February 13, 2012 in Conroe.
Patty loved to share the word of God to everyone that she could. She became an ordained minister and traveled to various churches in the area to serve where ever that she was needed.
She is survived by her husband, Virgil Cooke of Onalaska; son and daughter-in-law, Allen Ray and Kim McGovern of Onalaska; son and daughter-in-law, Kerry Lee and Nancy McGovern of Ft. Worth; grandchildren, Crystal Harvey, Samantha McGovern, Leann Turnage, Allen Ray, Jr. ""Slim"" McGovern, Levi McGovern, Allison McGovern, and Leah McGovern; great grandchildren, Justin McGovern, Bradley Harvey, Tanner Harvey, Cieara Harvey, Devyn McGovern, Chase McGovern, John Turnage, Jr., Hope Turnage, Kristin Turnage, and Alex McGovern; sister and brother-in-law, Kathy and Dan Mouton; brother, Joe Doddard; dear friend, Linda Nahlen. Numerous Other Relatives and Friends also survive.
