Paul Thomas Finsel, 77, of Livingston, Texas was born July 24, 1944 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas, to parents Frank Louis Finsel and Mardell (Seeley) Finsel and passed away July 9, 2022 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Mr. Finsel is survived by his brother, Charles Finsel of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; sister and brother-in-law, Joan Ulmer and Don for Ft. Smith, Arkansas; friend and caretaker, Diana Eye of Livingston, Texas; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
