Mr. Paul Clifford Kemp, 95, of Onalaska, Texas was born September 20, 1925 in Three Sands, Oklahoma to parents, Luther C. Kemp and Lula Elizabeth (Meinzer) Kemp, and passed away January 25, 2021 in Onalaska, Texas. During his life, Mr. Kemp proudly served his country in the United States Army during WWII as a military police officer.
