Mr. Paul H. Mitchell, 87, of Point Blank, Texas was born on February 17, 1931 in Augusta, Arkansas to parents, Charles Hillyard Mitchell and Jessie (Gower) Mitchell, and passed away February 14, 2019 in Kingwood, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Thelma Irene Mitchell; brother, Billy O'Brian; and sister, Annie Yates.

He is survived by his son, Don Mitchell of Point Blank, Texas; son, Ronald Mitchell and wife, Donna of Bay View, Texas; son, Perry Mitchell of Bay Cliff, Texas; sister, Judy Harden and husband, Stewart of League City, Texas; and 7 grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
