Paula Michelle Carter, 55, of Livingston, Texas was born May 8, 1970 in Victoria, Texas and passed away August 30, 2025 in Livingston. She was preceded in death by her father, Fate Carter.

Paula is survived by her daughters, Maghan Seiber and husband Jake of Seabrook, Texas, Sarah Arizabaleta and husband Roe of Houston, Texas, and Hannah Childers of Hattiesburg, Mississippi; granddaughters, Sloan Seibert and Savannah Seibert; granddog, Lul; sisters, Kimberly Radabaugh and husband Kevin of Livingston, Texas, and Michelle Carrett and husband Barry of Magnolia, Texas; and mother, Joanne Carter of Livingston, Texas; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
