Funeral Services for Peggy Jo Brown, age 73, of Benton, Arkansas, formerly of Livingston, Texas, were held on Monday, October 17, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. in the Chapel of Little Rock Funeral Home in Little Rock, Arkansas with Rev. Kieth Medlock, Rev. Heath Clower, and Rev. Aaron Ledford officiating. Visitation was Sunday evening at the Little Rock Funeral Home from 2:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M. Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, October 19, 2011 in the Forrest Hill Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Love Offering Temple Baptist Church, 10710 I-30, Little Rock, Arkansas 72209.

She was born in Jamestown, Texas on May 16, 1938 to Robert Gatha Ashley and Nora Evie Sims Ashley and passed away on Friday, October 14, 2011. She is preceded in death by her Husband, J.W. ""Buddy"" Brown, Parents, Robert Gatha Ashley and Nora Evie Sims Ashley, Brothers, Winston Ashley of California, Dee Ashley of Tyler, Texas, Sisters, Oudia Ashley Downing of Tyler, Texas, and Billie Ruth Ashley Brannen of Sherwood, Arkansas.

Peggy is survived by her Daughter and Son-In-Law, Cindy and Eddie Wilkerson of North Little Rock, Arkansas, Son and Daughter-In-Law, Jimmy and Rose Holland of Scotland, Texas, Sister, Eloise Ashley Malone of Tyler, Texas, Sister and Brother-in-Law, Billie and Ken Medlock of Benton, Arkansas, Two Grandchildren, Edward Wilkerson and wife Robyn of Texarkana, Texas, and Chad Ray Holland of Wichita Falls, Texas. Numerous other relatives and friends also survive.
