Funeral services for Peggy J. Lowery, 91, of Corrigan, Texas, will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, May 5, 2014 at Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Link Davis, Jr. officiating. Interment will be held at 1:00 PM, Monday afternoon, at Brookside Memorial Park Cemetery in Houston, Texas. Visitation will be held at 5:00 PM, Sunday, May 4, 2014, also at Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Mrs. Lowery was born on September 21, 1922 in Springfield, Missouri and passed away on April 27, 2014 in Corrigan, Texas. She married John Lowery in Denver, Colorado in    the year 1962. She worked as a nurse for Parkway Hospital in Houston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Lola (Crosby) Bostic; husband, John W. Lowery; and grandson, Paul Riley Lowery.

She is survived by her daughter, Gloria Lucille BeBout of Livingston, Texas; son, Kenneth Anderson of Monmouth, Illinois; grandchildren, April Dawn Spoon, Vickie Templeton, John BeBout III, and Juanette Neeley; great-grandchildren, Benjamin "B.J.", Kenneth "Pete", Wesley, Teara, Robert, Guilliana, Gabrailla, Jessica BeBout, Jessica M., William, Amber, Michael, Peter, and Damon; great-great-grandchildren, Miya, Gage, Amellia, Dante, Logan, and Ryan; daughter-in-law, Millie; two step-daughters and one step-son; along with numerous step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
