Services for Peggy Laverne O'Neill Harris, 87, of Livingston, Texas will be held Sunday, November 12, 2023 at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Kevan Wood officiating. Interment will follow at Bold Springs Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held Saturday, November 11, 2023 at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel from 5:00-7:00 p.m.

Peggy was born November 1, 1936 in Fostoria, Texas and passed away November 6, 2023 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Dean Harris, Sr.; and parents, Frank Bennett O'Niell, Sr. and Laverne (Holleman) O'Niell.

She is survived by her brother, Frank O'Niell of Livingston, Texas; son, Jimmy Dean Harris, Jr. and wife Belinda of Livingston, Texas; daughter, Holly Elizabeth Phillips and husband David Phillips of Livingston, Texas; granddaughters, Gretchen Harris and Heidi Harris Wick and husband Derek, all of Livingston, Texas; grandsons, Jimmy Harris III and wife Adriane of Buna,Texas, David Eric Phillips and wife Brandi of Livingston, Texas, and Derek Phillips of Livingston, Texas; and grandchildren, Cade Randolph, Cambrie Gilkey, Braylee Harris, Rylee Harris, Liam Wick, Brylann Wick, Daizy Harris, Charlotte Harris, and Thorin Phillips; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
