Penny Lynn Parker, 56, of Livingston, Texas was born December 7, 1960 in Jasper, Texas to parents, William Parker and Willa Dean (Reeves) Parker, and passed away September 15, 2017 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her father.

She is survived by her spouse, Lester D. Durham Jr. of Livingston, Texas; sons, John Tucker and Joshua Tucker both of Livingston, Texas; daughter, Estelle Tucker of Livingston, Texas; sons, Lester D. Durham III. and Jesica, of North Carolina, and Alex Charles Durham of Washington; daughter, Danielle Durham and Kenneth of North Carolina; 21 grandchildren; mother, Willa Dean Parker of Cartersville, Georgia; and sisters, Jeorgan Parker and Ecky Hall of Fairmount, Georgia, and Darnelle Adcock and Willie of Rydal, Georgia; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
