Obituary
A memorial service for Perry W. Alexander, 86, of Livingston, Texas will be held on Thursday, November 14, 2013 at 10:00 PM at Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Paul Boyd officiating.
Military Honors will be provided by VFW Honor Guard Post #8568.
Mr. Alexander was born on September 18, 1927 in Leggett, Texas, to parents, Isaac and Josie (Hilton) Alexander and passed away on November 9, 2013 in Livingston, Texas. He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII and later worked as an electrician.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Isaac and Josie Alexander; wife, Lorene Alexander; and son, Larry Alexander. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Perry and Vera Alexander of Livingston, Texas; daughter-in-law, Lisa Alexander; brothers, Joe Alexander of Livingston, Texas, Isaac Alexander, Jr. of Livingston, Texas, and Hilton Alexander of Baytown, Texas; sister, Betty Jo Messick of Livingston, Texas; seven grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
