Philisha Kathryn Miller, 60, of Shepherd, Texas was born November 17, 1965 in Lincoln, Nebraska and passed away November 23, 2025 in Cleveland, Texas. She was preceded in death by her mother, Vivian Charlotte Keefer Sanders; sister, Cynthia McClure; and son, Philip Sanders.

Philisha is survived by her husband, Larry Miller of Shepherd, Texas; daughters, Kassidy Fite of Shepherd, Texas and Chyenne Carroll and Jeffery of San Antonio, Texas; son, Dustin West of Shepherd, Texas; grandchildren, Dannie Graber , Samantha Sanders, Persephone Golay, Jasper West, and Novalee Golay; and great grandchildren, Dallin Wayne Lewing and Hanna Miller; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
