Phillip Jesse Conley, Jr., 65, of Onalaska, Texas was born March 19, 1959 in Memphis, Tennessee to parents, Phillip Conley, Sr. and Dorothy (Brickey) Conley, and passed away January 14, 2025. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Phillip is survived by his daughter, Ginny Gibson and husband Matthew of Onalaska, Texas; son, Chris Conley of Porter, Texas; grandchildren, Jenna Gibson, Jake Gibson, Jackson Gibson, Cayden Conley, and Caleb Conley; and sisters, Becky Singleton and husband Mark of Texarkana, Texas and Beth Stansill and husband John of Kansas; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
