Graveside service for Phillip William Hammond, age 60 of Conroe, Texas, will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, September 19, 2012, at Bluff Creek Cemetery in Polk County, Texas. Bro. Link Davis and Bro. Curtis Hallford will conduct the services.
Mr. Hammond was born in Germany on October 4, 1951, to parents Hillary Thomas Hammond and Aliene Carter Hammond. He passed away on September 16, 2012, at his home in Conroe, Texas.
Mr. Hammond is preceded in death by his parents, Hillary and Aliene Hammond; and first wife, Anna Hammond. He is survived by his wife, Cheri Luce Hammond of Conroe, Texas; grandson, Michel Rash; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Edna and Doug Frazier, of Grand Prairie, Texas; two brothers-in-law, Jessie Luce of South Carolina, and Kevin Frazier and family of Houston, Texas; and one sister-in-law, Becky Courier and family of Spring, Texas.
Visitation will begin at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, September 18, 2012, at Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas.
