A memorial service will be held for Phyllis Wannelle Glasgow, 81, of Livingston, Texas on Sunday, September 29, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Pat Swilley officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday, September 29, 2024, from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m., before the service, at the funeral home.

Phyllis was born October 23, 1942 and passed away August 30, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Richard Neil Glasgow.

She is survived by her daughter, Madonna Glasgow of Livingston, Texas; sons Neil P. Glasgow and Richard S. Glasgow, both of Livingston, Texas; grandchildren, Sean Glasgow, Jessica Privett and husband Jon, and Tommy Glasgow; and 4 great grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
