Funeral services for Phyllis Jeanne Walters, 92, of Point Blank, Texas will be held Saturday, December 20, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., at the First Baptist Church in Point Blank, Texas with Bro. Mickey Fountain officiating. Interment will follow at Center Hill Cemetery in Oakhurst, Texas. Visitation will be held Friday, December 19, 2025, from 5:00-7:00 p.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Phyllis was born November 8, 1933 in Livingston, Texas and passed away December 14, 2025 in Cleveland, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Wellington Butler and Helen Mildred Thomas Butler; husband, Thomas E. Walters; son in law, Randy Sledge; and grandson, Brian Sledge.

She is survived by her daughters, Marjan Schram and husband Scott of Sanger, Texas, Nena Sledge of Point Blank, Texas, and Kim Palmer and husband Clay of New Caney, Texas; grandsons, Andrew Palmer, Larry Sledge and Hannah, William Palmer and Alex, Brandon Schram, Carter Schram, and Jason Lozano and Diane; and great grandchildren, Liam Palmer, Lana Lozano, Mason Smith, Cali Palmer, Raleigh Sledge, and Liam Lozano; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers: Andrew Palmer, Larry Sledge, William Palmer, Brandon Schram, Carter Schram, and Jason Lozano.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the San Jacinto Child Welfare Board.
